Power and memory size – Galaxy S2 is equipped with dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB RAM.  You can find two different versions of this giant gadget, 16/32GB. There is space for microSD card as well through which you can expand the memory up to 32GB. So, if you go with big one, you can store up to 64GB data. On the other hand, Apple iPhone 4S comes in three different versions, 16/32/64GB. It enables you to choose one handset as per the need but does not allow you to expand memory through microSD card. It is loaded with dual-core 1GHz processor.
